First of all before I reset windows 10 Gta V ran smoothly at 1080 60 fps after resting Windows. I installed the right drivers. GTA stutters constantly and it is unplayable. All my other games work fine Just cause 3 (etc) I've turned of msa (etc) vsync and off, everything. My disk and ram usage and cpu usage is normal my gpu temps are normal. I've ran it in DX10 ,10.1 and 11 I'm considering downgrading to win 7 I have no idea what to do. GTX 960 AMD FX8320 8GB RAM
