so i dont exactly know if its my GPU but when im gaming my screen goes black then i get logged out of windows...when i log back in i have to reinstall my gpu driver....this has happened twice..the second time was 5 min before writing this post......i need help in figuring out if my GPU is faulty.

Whats your hardware config? Primarily I want to know what power supply you have and how old it is.
It could be that your card is either over heating and shutting down or the power supply isnt working properly and the video card isnt getting adequate power when it ramps up to play games.
My belief is the 2nd issue.
