Dilemma between CPU and Mobo upgrade

Hello, I have recently spent around £200 on a psu and GPU update to further my gaming rig but rather shortsightedly neglected to fix my CPU bottleneck problem. I will either have to buy a new CPU (quite cheap as I have an FM2+ socket so the best CPU available is only around £80) or upgrade my mobo and also buy a new CPU. The problem arises in that I really do not want to pay a lot more as I am a student and I need to eat on occasion, so pouring money into a new CPU just to rip it out and buy a new mobo in a few years seems very wasteful. My question is: would it be best to just get it over with and buy an AM3+ mobo and a decent CPU now or just buy a less powerful FM2+ compatible for the time being and upgrade when I have more funds at my disposal?

Solution
don't buy any of them as all current amd cpus are going out.

you would be better off getting a cheap intel cpu/motherboard that is upgradeable to a faster cpu later on or wait on zen reviews and see what it offers.

or just stick with what you have and save the most money for now.
