Hello, I'm getting a new gaming PC soon with an i5-6600k.
I was wondering, Which graphics card should I get?

Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 Gaming?
or the Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce OC?

What's the difference other than RGB lights?

The Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce OC costs like 436.87 US Dollars,
and the G1 Gaming costs 458.05 US Dollars.
(yeah everything's expensive here lol)

The G1 gaming has a higher factory overclock - it's also thought to be binned to be more overclockable, but real world results vary. I'd go cheap - I always get the best overclockers when I go cheap for some reason on GPUs.
