Okay so something that's been bothering me. Is the maximum wattage a PSU can supply the rating on the box or is that the limit of what the PSU can pull from the wall?
To ask another way, my EVGA 850 P2. Does it have a maximum output wattage of 850 or a maximum input wattage of 850?
Between two GTX 1070s and an i7 5820k I doubt I'm going to approach 600W but still I'd like to know the answer.
