My system:
Cpu: 2x opteron 2352 2,1ghz
Ram: 32gb ddr2 ecc
Video card: 8400gs
Psu: seasonic 400w 80plus.
Hdd_1: samsung hd322hj / 320gb, 16mb, 7200rmp (with win 10)
Hdd_2: western digital wd500aads/ 500gb 32mb, 7200.
Please help me!

Try reformating it with a linux CD to make sure it is truly blank. Write all data to zeros or whatever it is called. This way it will insure there should not be an issue with data. Im assuming these are sata drives, am i correct?
Hey there, Holly_molly.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your WD Green drive.

I'd recommend that you try the HDD with a different SATA port and different cables (both data and power), to see if the same thing happens. Make sure that the HDD is properly connected.
I'd also advise you to download DLG (Data Lifeguard) and run both tests (Quick and Extended), to see if anything alarming pops-up. Here's how to do that: How to test a drive for problems using Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
