My new gaming pc shuts down when it gets cold..but not when running games

I got a new pc 3weeks ago and I got this problem since than..my pc shuts down randomly on idle and I found out that it happens only when it gets cold..if I leave it downloading or do nothing it shuts down after an hour or so..but not while playing a game ..now I let a game run in back ground so it can get warm and download all night while I am a sleep with no problem..I really need to solve this issue,please someone help me to fix this

my spec
cpu i3-6100
gpu: msi gtx 970
mb: msi H170a gaming pro
8gb ram

its Sentey Xplus power 725w but I already changed the psu same issue..I guess its the mb that causing me this but I really want to fix it..I forgot to tell you when my pc shuts down it wont start unless I use a dryer to warm a down right spot of the motherboard..I spend days trying to figure out the issue and fix it

Hard to tell because when the PSU is that poor , I looked it up , has the specs of a 500w to 550 watt , it's not close to 725w it's more like 550w , I over estimated at 600w.

You need decent power to diagnose any further.


Sudden shutdows are usually temp or power related.
