Download speed and Ping are suddenly very slow?

I've searched the Internet for a while on this and I can't figure it out. My brother and I are using WiFi to connect to the Internet, and the speed is usually pretty good.

Our ISP is Comporium and we pay for 100Mbps down speed. I live on the opposite side of the house from the router but that usually isn't an issue since we have a WiFi extender. On the speed test by Ookla I get an average of 15 Ping and 75Mbps down speed, but starting last night (9/15/16) around 11pm, the speed tanked super hard.

I was getting around 2000 Ping in Overwatch so I tried to figure out what was up, but nothing was going on that should have affected the speed. Everyone in the house was asleep with their computers off, so I assumed it may have been something on Comporium's side. Strangely enough, my browser speed was perfectly fine. It was no different at all except YouTube couldn't stream videos higher than 240p. I just left it be until the next morning.

But of course, it still wasn't fixed. I reset the router and modem, I unplugged my USB WiFi adapter to reset it, I scanned for viruses with Malwarebytes, reset my PC, etc. I just got home from work and it's still like this so either something is wrong on our end, or Comporium is having a meltdown where they are. I could really use some help on this, guys.

Also, for more details, my specs are:
AMD FX-6300
ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
Windows 7 Home Premium
2x 1TB HDD

The router is a Linksys model. (Not sure which)
I have no clue what the modem is.
(I can't get this info cause the router and modem are in their room and they're sleeping so if I go in their they'll cut my head off.)

My current results from the Speed Test are 243 Ping and 1.54Mbps down speed.
Also, my brother is having the same issues so it's not just my PC.

If you need any info just ask. Thanks a bunch!

UPDATE: My parent's speed is the same as mine and they are wired to the router via Ethernet cable.

Solution
Aah - a wired connection gets the same lousy results. That's a key test.

Were I in that situation, I would contact my service provided. Lots of things can interfere with your Wifi - like a neighbor turning on a router that uses the same channel. Not much on your side can louse up the wired speed, except another machine hogging the bandwidth.
