Asus Strix Aura RGB lighting - can't control 2nd graphics card?

I'm having trouble with the Asus ROG Aura Software that controls the lighting for my two Asus Strix RX 480's in Crossfire. It controls the graphics card in slot 1 perfectly and as expected. Unfortunately I haven't been able to figure out how to take control and adjust the lighting for the second graphics card in slot 3. The second graphics card's lighting is on and has defaulted to a static red display. I see this as a software issue and perhaps it's just not a feature built in to the software yet, but I'm hoping someone out there knows better than I do. I've checked the Radeon software and Crossfire is on and functioning properly.

System (if it matters):
AMD FX 8370
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z, MB
Asus Strix RX 480(x2) in CFX
16GB HyperX FURY DDR3 1866MHz RAM
Corsair AX860i PSU
Crucial M550 256GB SSD & MX200 500GB SSD
Windows 10 64bit

I have zero issues with anything else, hardware or software.

Thanks for the help!

edit: The version of the Asus Aura software I'm running is V0.0.4.1, which is the newest as of today. The software version is dated 08/02/2016 on Asus' website.

edit 2: I've emailed Asus Technical Support and will update this thread once I receive a reply from them.

No idea what happened, but all of the sudden after restarting GPU Tweak II a few times and also the Aura software tool, it now controls both graphics cards. So if anyone else has the same issue, just keep trying. Maybe it'll randomly start working like mine did.

More on this. I found out through troubleshooting that with the CorsairLink window open, the Aura software will apply selected setting to both graphics cards. With the CorsairLink window closed, but software still running, the Aura software only applies the selected setting to the graphics card in slot 1. No idea why this is happening, but that's the end result and how I've managed to control the lighting on both graphics cards. Perhaps there is some sort of conflict between the CorsairLink software due to it controling my H80iGT CPU water cooler LED? Adjusting the H80iGT's LED color does not affect the Aura setting or the graphics cards.
