Fanless or 0dB 4k videocard to run two monitors, no gaming

My beautiful wife has a fanless PC with ASUS H97M-E motherboard and needs one or two 4k monitors. She has a GT630 but that isn't enough resolution.
Does anybody know a fanless or 0dB option videocard (or two such cards) that can run one or two 4k monitors?

A GTX 960 can run 2 monitors at 4k on an extended desktop. Don't try to game like that, but it will work. If you get any of the single fan EVGA cards while yes it has a fan, it doesn't turn on unless you are gaming so its quiet. There are no fanless cards that can maintain dual 4k resolution.
