So as title says i was cleaning my pc and after i completed my cleaning and plugged everything in i tried turning my pc on and it did turn on but for like half a second then it turned off now it wont turn on, i dont think its power supply becouse ive tried another working psu and it didnt work and i dont think its motherboard becouse my microphone which is connected to motherboard(usb port) is working i mean led lights on microphone are working and they dont work if i turn off my power supply or plug it out
Could it be motherboard or cpu? I have tried turning on my pc without a case witch the srew driver method and it didnt work..

When you put the PC back together, you may have shorted something out. Take it apart and as you re-install each component, triple-check that you don't have metal bits poking in the wrong places. Mainly: make certain that you have only as many motherboard tray studs as you need motherboard screws to make sure every stud is accounted for and also make certain that no rear IO plate ground finger is sticking into a connector. If your PSU has unused power connectors on its cables, make sure those aren't somewhere where they could short against a screw or other piece of metal. Those are the three most common re-assembly mistakes.

pull out the Memory and reinsert them, you may have bumped them causing a contact issue.
If you have a discrete GPU do the same for the GPU, if there is a contact issue the PC may not start.
May sure all power connectors from the PSU are plugged in properly and none are forgotten. No Power, No Boot. 20-24 pin connector, 4-8 pin EPS connector, 6-8 pin connector/s for the discrete GPU all need to be plugged in or you will have issues booting/having display.

If this does not work get a case speaker, cost around $5 USD, and you can hear the trouble code beeps to help diagnose the issue.

Unplugger everything from electric used a addon for dust cleaning of vacuum cleaner and ofcourse vacuum cleaner and i have cleaned it like this for a couple times now and never had a problem
Could static kill the system?

The amount of static from a plastic attachment should be negligible, not very likely.

If absolutely nothing happens when you press the power button, check that your power button is actually plug in correctly, that the PSU is turned on and the power strip it likely is plugged into is turned on as well.

Maybe the wire for the chassis power button is broken. Try using the motherboard's power button if it has one or shorting out the power button header if it doesn't.

Doesn't hurt to try.

You may also want to try the "paper clip test" to see if you can actually get the PSU to turn on by shorting the PS_ON# pin (green wire) to ground with a fan connected to it. If the fan spins up, then you know that the PSU is getting power and the reason nothing at all happens when you press the case power button or short the motherboard's power switch header must be because something is broken between the power switch header and PSU connector on the motherboard.

As I wrote earlier, if absolutely nothing happens when you press the power button or short the power button header when the PSU is known good (at least enough to run fans), it means that something must have gone wrong on the motherboard - the turn-on signal is not getting through the power management circuit to tell the PSU to turn on.

It would be hard to make a mistake when breadboarding a motherboard; it should power up if both the CPU and 24 pin cables are connected and the CPU is installed. Whatever method you used to clean it probably damaged the motherboard or the CPU (difficult to determine since we know nothing about your system). If you removed the CPU, you could have damaged it or possibly damaged the socket.
