How long do you think my Defragging will take based on this screenshot of my HDD from defraggler ?

So I started defragging my pc (or HDD to be price I presume?) about 2 hours ago and only now it says 1% complete. From this imgur image showing the 'Defraggler' status of my HDD, how many files are fragmented etc, could you roughly estimate how long it will take?

I deleted lots of games the past 3 months so I have a feeling it could take days!

wow I haven't seen a defrag run that slow since the early 90s. I doubt days but it could be a while maybe like 5 or 6 hours.

Impossible to predict.
I started a defrag on my 3TB backup drive.
It is saying 1 minute remaining. It has been at 1 minute remaining for the last 15 minutes.

LOL really!? Well I presume its due to the fact that 95% of my games have been uninstalled, which have left HUGE space on my HD.

However, I only heard about fragmenting and defragmenting last October. And I have had my PC since 2014 (I think). It said my C drive had 21% fragmentation. And defragmenting that took about 17 hours.

Using the windows defragment to check how much % my HD is fragmented, its showing 10% fragmented. However, the Defraggler is showing 20% fragmentation...so I am a little confused at that part

Just checked mine now as have been out most of the day..its only 2% defragmenting and says remaining time: >1day -_-

Defragging is one of those things that has the potential to take a really long time especially if a lot of data has been moved around. I'd say get yourself a 6 pack you're gonna be sitting a while.

haha, well I am currently attending the gym! Hopefully it taking this long will be worth it, I need to use my pc for work. I dont mind another day of it defragging. Although I am worried that my pc will be on for that long!

Ok so this is a little strange. At 3:30am this morning I woke up to check on it. All of a sudden my computer was doing some windows update things. It said something like, your pc will restart numerous times. Now I presumed that was (somehow) the defragmentation completed, because I remember having that last time I defragged it.

I then use defraggler to analyse my HD and its saying '21% fragmentation'. Windows defragging says '11% fragmented'. What on earth is going on? Did it even defrag anything? was it cancelled?

Damn, well looks like I have to do all that again. Need to find about 3 days where I am not using my PC to defrag it haha.
