I have 2 stock fans that came with the corsair carbide series 200r. The front fan works fine but at sometimes it just wont start up on boot. My second fan in the rear does not work at all on boot unless I give it a little push. The rear fan does work however if I plug it into the cpufan2 header,(I dont want to plug it into the the cpu header) I dont know whats the problem.? They are both 3 pin, I plugged them into 4 pin headers.
