I need to choose m.b for my 8320 cpu . I have two options :

I don't need pro overclocking just 20 percent stable overclocking , another thing I want is features like usb port new feature , maybe sound ( I have titanium sound card)
one of this board is have better component and reliable board ?
aura board is have new cap and choke , but I don't know this component better than formula v?
if aura is have better component I will buy this board because I don't think use this board for high end overclocking ( my cooler is hyper 212x basically I can't)
one of this board is stable and cooler is 20 percent overclocking depend on component?
