Windows 10 bluescreen when it is being installed on an empty HDD

I had some issues with my pc on windows 7 (it kept bluescreening when starting up normally, but not in safe mode) and the easy way out (in my opinion) was to reset it. Well something happened during that process (Possibly related issue or just bad luck) and I decided to get rid of windows 7 and just get the free version of windows 10 for now. I did that, and when it says "windows needs to restart to finish installation" it will start up say "Getting devices ready" then "getting ready" then bluescreen. I've tried getting a new hard drive already. I've updated my bios as well. I feel like I get a different bluescreen error everytime, but I searched up all of them and most of them have something related to updating drivers. I don't think that is the case since I wiped this hard drive and it is completely empty (Except for the corrupt windows 10). If you have any ideas, let me know :).
Specs:

i5 6500
Corsair CX 500
1 TB Western Blue
Windows 10 (pro edition)

I mean by free version as in the version without a product key (Selecting I don't have a product key when booting off of the media). I have tried swapping out RAM, the drive didn't need to be checked since I swapped it out, I updated the BIOS, that's pretty much it. Now that I say that, it seems very incomplete. What else do you recommend that I do?

I've also used Linux and it still didn't work so that means it isn't operating system related

Then why is this thread in the Windows 10 section instead of the hardware section? And why were you trying to STEAL Windows 10?

Well mainly since most of the actions (tests and whatnot) would be done through windows with the media so I figured I would need someone who knew something about windows 10 and help me with this issue. Please don't accuse me of pirating or stealing Windows 10, as I said before I clicked " I don't have a product key" which is ALLOWED or else Microsoft wouldn't have implemented this feature. This allows a "Demo" version which leaves customization features and other aspects of windows unavailable.

I've tried swapping the RAM but to no avail. The CPU couldn't be a problem since the computer can boot up, just blue-screens which would require CPU power meaning that it functions.I was so sure it was the hard drive I bought a new one, yet it still doesn't work even when I install the new hard drive. My last two ideas are that the RAM is failing mid-boot up somehow or the motherboard is acting up.I am leaning towards the power supply because I got a lower end one which was a big mistake (Corsair CX 500W) and that somehow it is also failing to deliver enough power. I am going to try various ram tests over the weekend and see what I can do about the motherboard. I'll update this thread after I've done so.

The memory tests didn't work. After messing around in command prompt for a while, I found one of the error messages. "Windows setup failed", I think we've all figured that out at this point, but it might be a lead. Nothing seems to work now, and for some extra info on my os, here is where I got it from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and when I booted up the media I selected "I don't have a product key". Any ideas though? I am completely confused now as this has been going on for a month. I've reinstalled windows 10 multiple times now just to confirm. My latest BSOD is "System Service Exception" if that is a lead. Thanks for any replies :)

Please leave if you don't have any helpful ideas to add to the picture. For me this is a serious issue and I don't have the time to keep telling you I am buying a legal copy of windows. Please, stop wasting your time making useless posts and actually help people. If not, get off of this site.

This is really not the way to get people to assist you.

To me, all they seem like is a troll. Keep responding to this thread with "Why did you STEAL Windows 10"? or "Buy a legal copy of windows 10". I've told them already what I am doing isn't breaking the law. This issue has been going on for a month now and a thread that is supposed to help me is getting feedback responding with the exact same thing. I understand I was a bit harsh, but the least they could do if they actually wanted to assist is actually respond to my messages directly and not just say the exact same thing over and over.

You tried to install Windows. It didn't work.
You tried to install Linux. It didn't work.

It might be just me...but I'd suspect HARDWARE, and not SOFTWARE.

Here's a test - Create a Linux LiveCD. Boot from that.
Does the system run properly?

Okay, going to do that right now. I will update this post when I am done.

I am so sorry. Since you said that you are trying to install Windows 10 without actually purchasing it, I simply felt that your behavior was reprehensible. I am so sorry if I offended you.

Like I stated towards the top of this thread, I agree with USAFRet, I think that your problem is hardware related, that is why this thread has been moved to the systems section, so I have already helped you in that way.

Please try to perform the test that has been suggested, that should narrow down your range of problems in order to really determine the cause.

Did it, didn't work. I tested to make sure the actual CD worked and went to my laptop, worked perfectly. I believe it is safe to say that it is hardware. The computer first displayed booting up, then it went black. I went to see exactly what happened and it went black on detecting hardware. 100% sure it is hardware.

OK, so what will you try next?

Well I've been cornering down the issue. Eliminated Hard Drive because I've tried two, not RAM because yesterday I even did a second test. Can't be OS so that really leaves the PSU, Motherboard, and CD Drive, and case. Eliminated the CD Drive and the Case since that can't possibly be the problem. PSU and motherboard are my last two option. Do you know any tests I can do on the two? I have the CX 500 PSU which is known for being unreliable, but I am not too sure it could be that because it is powering on the computer meaning it does function (though I could be wrong). Let me know any tests I can do :)

Is there a test I can do on the PSU/ Motherboard besides swapping it out? I don't have another except for an old PSU from a broken computer.

For a full functionality test, you need a whole new PSU.

I am not sure if I would be willing to get buy a whole new PSU without being completely sure that it is the problem. Is there a test I can do on the motherboard that doesn't involve buying another?

Not without a lot of very expensive test equipment.
