Hello folks, this is my first post since I became paranoid after reading several experiences.
Okay, so 3 months ago I bought an MSI B85-G43 GAMING and it's been working fine until I installed a new video card, the board won't POST, I inspected the board and found a tiny scratch near the standoff probably because of the screwdriver, later I talked with the seller and he concluded the problem was with the board and he will try to get an RMA.
So my question is:
1) Would the scratch void my warranty?
2) If the RMA is rejected, would they try to fix it or simply send me back the board?
Thank you.
