Hello folks, this is my first post since I became paranoid after reading several experiences.

Okay, so 3 months ago I bought an MSI B85-G43 GAMING and it's been working fine until I installed a new video card, the board won't POST, I inspected the board and found a tiny scratch near the standoff probably because of the screwdriver, later I talked with the seller and he concluded the problem was with the board and he will try to get an RMA.

So my question is:
1) Would the scratch void my warranty?
2) If the RMA is rejected, would they try to fix it or simply send me back the board?

Thank you.

Solution
1) It could, as warranty does not cover end user damage.
2) If it dosent pass initial inspection they would contact you, and/or send it back without doing anything further.
