I'll be upgrading my computer very soon now and i have decidet to go for the Intel i7 6700k skylake CPU. Now my question is which MoBo should i take for this? I was thinking and almost decided for the Asus z170 PRO GAMING but then i read some really bad thing about it. How it's not booting up, crashing, not beeing stable, having tons of BIOS updates and still not working as it should... Any information on how this MoBo is now with it latest BIOS 1904? I really don't want to buy something that will not work properly. For the RAM I'm thinking about Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x 8Gb 3000Mhz).

Any suggestions on what should i do? Thanks!

The Asus Z170-A looks good and from searching i didn't find so many problems about it just like the PRO GAMING. Is there still anything i should know before buying? I'll be using 3000MHz RAM so the XMP should work? Also the board will come with outdated BIOS version do you suggest to update it straight away or leave it as it will be?

I've done 6 builds with the Po Gaming and no problems, higher end DRAM 3000+ can be tricky, but the BIOS updates have making it easier for those that don't really know DRAM. It's a very good mobo :) I went a step up to the Her, but I throw a lot at my rigs am contantly testing DRAM, GPUs and other components
