I was playing Arma 2 (not hard on my graphics card at all) and it crashed, now it had done this before so it was no big deal. I went to check if everything was okay and when I tried to log on to my account it stayed stuck on "welcome" and stayed that way for ten minutes or so. My next step was to just start in safe mode and find the problem there, everything comes up just fine so im really confused now. I know a little about computers but this is beyond me, i'd appreciate help, thank you
UPDATE: It almost instantly crashes if its started in anything BUT safe mode
