i7-920 + RX 470 bottleneck?

I am thinking about upgrading my graphics card to a RX 470 but I'm not sure if my core i7-920 2,66 ghz, 4 cores with hyper threating will be a bottleneck. or at least a very noticable one. Sadly my motherboard doesn't support overclocking so that isn't an option. Do recent games like BF1, Fallout 4, Just Cause 3 and Rise of The Tomb Raider even require that good of a CPU?

Battlefield 1 and Fallout 4 do require a good CPU. It will bottleneck a bit in some games but you will be able to run higher graphics settings and maintain playable framerates with that cpu and that gpu.
