So I recently bought a new PC and I installed all the components by myself.

Specs:
Intel i5 6500
2x8GB DDR4 RAM
MSI H110M PRO-D Mobo
ASUS Strix GTX 1060 06GB
Corsair VS650W
1TB HDD
120GB SSD
Be Quiet! Pure Rock

After 3 days of installing everything into my pc, I installed windows and downloaded Speccy (temperature program) to see if everything was okay. It wasn't. My motherboard hits 111°C.

Does anyone know where the problem is and how I can fix it? Thanks!

No the motherboard isn't hitting 111c, if it was it'd be long dead, the only part that could possibly be that hot is the VRM and I'd think you could smell them being that hot. I do agree with using HWInfo or HWMonitor though, both are good softwares but be aware and don't panic over some of the readings you get as sensors can be highly inaccurate.

I would try and add another temp monitoring program to see if you get the same results. I use HWINFO for one and another I use is HWMonitor which is on CPUID websire. Try one of those to see if you get the same readings, then go from there to look for a cause.
My other question would be what case and what type of ventilation you are using.
