Monitor only displays "No Signal" despite VGA/HDMI being plugged in

I just got my new PC today and my monitor doesn't want to work with it. The PC is running, but the monitor keeps saying, "No Signal". It's not the monitor because I tried using 2 perfectly working monitors up to it and nothing shows up. Everything is plugged in perfectly with nothing loose. What might be wrong?

take it back to where you got it from to see if they can solve the problem because if you open the computer you might void the warranty.
