2) also i am looking to upgrade this pc but not sure what to get first. should i go for a ssd or something else ?

A Cooler master 212 Evo is a cheap and very efficient CPU cooler, and is compatible with almost any socket. A 240GB SSD would be a nice upgrade for windows and C drive, making loading times and boot times of applications alot faster. However, if you want performance for gaming, upgrade your processor/motherboard to an 4th gen i5 PC. Upgrading your graphics card wont be a good idea as your processor will bottleneck any more than that. Also maybe consider getting a better power supply if it is giving any problems.

For a nice cooler could you look at most coolers under 200mm high which is pretty much every cooler.Something else to look at,
http://pcpartpicker.com/product/93Crxr/cryorig-cpu-cooler-h7
is better and also better looking in that case with window.
This seems to be a decent cooler too and pretty silent (the others as well),
http://pcpartpicker.com/product/3HGj4D/thermaltake-riing-silent-12-red-530-cfm-cpu-cooler-cl-p022-al12re-a
it has a red ledfan so keep that in mind, but maybe you like that, actually why i suggest it.
Other suggestion,

A good performing dualtower and still to keep things under $50,

If you want to know more about the coolers performances google some reviews.Look not just at cooling, but at sound and ease of installation as well.

See no point in changing that cpu,for now,it still seems to deliver over 30fps (lowest fps) in most games which should provide a decent gameplay.

An ssd would be nice but looking that you have a hybrid drive should it already be decently quick. If you want faster than get an ssd.

A better psu would have been nice, but if this one will provide good power is there no immidiate need to change it.
