Ahem.

The i5-4590 is a good chip. I speak from experience because that's what in my system right now.

The 750 Ti will run games on Ultra at 1080p. But it will not get you 60FPS. You will probably see framerates more in the range of 20-30. For 60FPS you will have to drop most games down to medium settings. I know this, because I have a 750 Ti too (and at one point had it paired with my i5-4590).

You will want to get a better graphics card. The 750 Ti is my fallback card in case my 1070 dies on me. But I would not use it for a daily driver.

If your on a budget get a rx 480/ gtx 1060 which is around $200-300 USD. If you want a even cheaper card then maybe a rx 470/460. But if you can spend money I would get a gtx 1070 which is around $330-400. Here is a reddit page where people post the best sales on pc parts. https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales/

For all these gpu's listed it has a minimum of 500 watts. But usually it wouldn't even use that much power. If you do stay with the 430 watt psu you probably can't overclock. Spending a few bucks on a psu shouldn't be a problem. Like maybe a evga bronze certified 750 watt for like $60 on amazon is a good choice
