Basically I'm looking for a air coolers that will compete and beat out liquid coolers. For a silent computing. Currently I'm using a 5330k with a h115 and sli 980ti. Before you say anything I got this when it released and before the 1070 existed."

Wile idle it seems pretty loud the graphics cards fans are always on. Iv been debating on getting a low rpm adapter for the CPU fans. I know it's not worth replacing the CPU cooler and it seems ok but eventually it's going to die on me anyways so I want to be prepared for that day. But the gpus are pathetic evga cheeped out on the fans they make clicking even the 950 does it.

So will replacing the fan be enough to make it silent or should I just get a new heat sink also do they make a dule heat sink for the graphics cards where it's technically one gpu that plugs into 2 slots.

Look up the Noctua NH-D15 and D15S. I own the D15S and am not disappointed at all. Keep in mind these 2 coolers are extremely beefy and you would need a case with enough depth to support it.

No Nvidia does not make a dual GPU only one I'v seen like that is the R9 295x2 and you can't find them anymore and you will also throw over $1000 in the trash if you did buy one.

Have you messed around with the GPU Fan curve? That could help your GPU fans running all the time. If the GPU fans are running all the time you might need more airflow into you case.

Using the Dark Rock Pro 3 on a i7-6800k and it is absolutely inaudible with acceptable temps at @4.2GHz
My WD Green HDD is louder and now I consider to replace it.

Replacing the fans on the radiator will certainly help you with acoustics, though.
