Ok guys so I installed windows 7 64 bit ultimate , I installed all updates I didnt install any games on it nothing till I installed all the updates and when I wanted to start my pc it opened the start up repair (and I selected start windows normally) I waited about 2 h and nothing if you could enlighten me guys I would be so happy because this is the second tine I had to do this and sorry if I did some spelling mistakes

Solution
Ok - there's definitely a need for a title.

Have you checked the health of your HDD or SSD? Most manufacturers of drives provide utilities on their sites to check the health of the drive.

If a clean OS install boots into startup repair frequently, there's likely issues with the boot mgr partition. That can stem from a defective install, registry edits or even a failing HDD (among many other potential causes).

Sorry, I didn't catch that. The only option (if you can't access it at all) would be to remove it & attach it to another (either USB enclosure or via SATA cables to a desktop) and run the health check that way.

The only other option is to replace it outright and then health check it when you have a healthy OS install.

So can I check the HDD health if I install windows again ? And maybe the problem is because I have 64 bit version? I mean since I got this pc I had the 64 version and it didnt happen like this at all

You just need to be inside Windows in order to download/run a program. If you can install an OS and reach the desktop/browser, then yes, you should be able to run it.

x64 is not going to cause these issues. You either have x64 capable hardware (at which point it'll let you install an x64 OS) or you don't and it won't install.
It won't cause startup repair issues.

Can you confirm where you got your install media (disk, USB etc) that you're installing your OS from? And are you activated/genuine?

I got my windows from a site called filelist because the original windows cd that I bought I couldnt find it and the one from filelist was activated

I have no idea about that site - are they user-submitted uploads? If so, you may have a questionable Windows ISO - nobody uploads these things truly for free, they're getting something out of it.

Stick to genuine sources of Windows install media (genuine Windows disks etc) .

I wanted to buy the original windows but in my country it costs around 100$ wich is expensive I say and that site is like downloading and uploading for ratio

If it's not from a genuine sore (authorized seller of MS themselves) there's always the possibility you have an infected ISO, which could result in the issues you're having.

As for 'original' Windows, what you're probably seeing is including the license key (that's essentially what you pay for). I assume you don't need a new license (you should have a license key already), so you don't need to spend that.

What country are you in? Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows7 enter your current license key and it should let you download an authentic ISO with no chance of infections.

That's very strange. It shouldn't limit you downloading because the license is in use......

If you can't download from there, you're likely looking at having to buy a new OS.
The only time you shouldn't be able to download from there would be because it's an OEM copy - in which case you have to contact the manufacturer or, if you built it yourself & purchases an OEM license, MS views that as your problem and are unlikely to help.
