Ram can't be detected anymore

Hello everyone
I'm in a bit of trouble with my computer.
Yesterday everything was fine and today the main board (m5a57 r2.0)
Is saying it can't detect the ram
Tried the mem OK button and resetting the ram speed settings.
But I still can't even boot
And I really don't know what to do.

Oh sorry forgot to write that u fixed it.
Don't really know how though.
Alfter further trying with different slots I got a new error. This time it was the CPU so I took it out looked at it didn't find anything an out it back in.
And after that I had the boot device led glowing.
Which didn't make any sense to me so I unplugged all harddrives and plugged them back in.
After that I was able to get into the boot menu but windows would go black after a few seconds of logo.
Eventually it let me start the self repair and everything is Fine now.
If somebody could tell me what the fuck was wrong I would be really happy
