Okay , i recently bought a Gtx 1070 , as I did research I knew this was the perfect 1440p card yet It gives me different fps sometime ON THE SAME GAME. For example i recently bought dark souls 3, I want to play it at 1440p max settings @60 fps and this has been achieved by me yet there have been days where its operating at 85%(ish) and gives me 37-40 fps which Is not playable imo and as I said before there's days where I get the whole gpu load 95-105% at 1440p and it gives me 60fps like nothing. This goes for my other games aswell and its annoying , I just want to get 100%+ GPU utilization. Any clues or ideas as to why this happens or how to fix it ? Any help is appreciated. BTW my CPU is an i5 4590 on a Z97 motherboard with 8gb Ram , Cooler master heatsink and 2 extra fans ( just saying incase any of this helps) Thank You.
