I get micro stutters in nearly every game with my rig, from the start. Even in old ass games like Sonic Generations and Skyrim.
Some games it happens A LOT, like RUST, in some games it happens occasionaly, like Overwatch and Paladins. It happens in almost every single game unless it has really low specs.
Help anyone? My full specs:
Amd Athlon X4 860K is my CPU
GPU is MSI GTX 960 3GB
No OC's right now
Windows 10 DX12
It's not my specs since I get 60+fps in almost all games on even the highest settings.
