Which one of these two MB is best for a I5-6600K and 1060?

Fatality H170 Performance/hyper

Or

H170 Pro4/Hyper

And what PSU should I take? I'm thinking on buying a modular one

Go for the z170 version motherboard. The H version of motherboard are not meant for overclocking CPU and i5 6600k is a overclockable cpu.

PSU is your choice.I would suggest getting a 650watt PSU at minimum with a bronze certification(Seasonic should be good) .Modular PSU is good if you have cramped up space in your case

If you don't mind it being not modular is that a fine psu and could you just keep on using it. The watercooler isn't going to change that much in powerdraw,so it's still fine with that added.
Make sure your case can house the watercooler.

a little help with the motherboards? haha they all have excellent reviews but also bad ones and it makes me indecisive...

The GIGABYTE G1 Gaming looks pretty good, but expensive as hell, the other look quite good, but the reviews scare me :(

Looking at the ones that were suggested, they all look epic, but the 430€ one is too much hahah

you can go with the budget z170 build then.
