Timers for internet/gamer caffe

Hi, i opened gamer caffe & night bar and i dont charge using computers, normally people over 18 just have fun play cs and drink 3 beers each without waitress asking them anything, all is good.
But lately a swarm of underage kids are storming my caffe and arent ordering anything, just occupying computers, i want to charge usage to underage kids and i am googleing for some software solution but didn't find any ''timer'' so far, any help please?

Krisan Caffe was the solution, great 20-30$ software, works flawesly, while i have no idea what you are talking about kanewolf -_- What firewal, pfsense host, captive portal? I asked a noob question and you answered to me like i am an software programmer. To anyone reading this over google, no thats not the best answer. Google Krisan Cafe software, some indonesian guy made it (dont worry its all in perfect english) and program really works flawleslly and enables you to do all sort of stuff, more than you need. And its easy to use and install AF

OK. Since I don't run an internet cafe I have never investigated software specific to that business. My answer is a generic network access answer which allows you to limit network access.

There is also no way that I would know your level of computer or network sophistication. You didn't elaborate on any of that in your original post.
