hi my computer keeps turning off by itself i dont know why. i can assume it may be because once after my house lost4 electricity and got it back this started happenoing. do i need a new power supply , this app says my fans are going 0rpm so is that why and it says my gpu temp is 43 degrees celcius what do i do?

Did you check your cpu temp?
Im speculating that it's either your cpu cooling is messed up or the psu is down.
Most of the times a power outage wouldn't do much harm at all to a properly built pc, provided the ground wire on the wall hub is working.
