PC randomly restarting due to voltage issues(I think)

Hello all, recently my pc has been restarting randomly without warning. Sometimes while booting. It seems to come and go.

I am from india and my house wall sockets where i plug my pc feels old and dingy. India does have some fluctuation issues. My PSU is corsair VS 450W, it was giving similar problems before but i sent it to corsair and they sent it back and the problem remains.

Would getting a UPS or Voltage stabilizer solve this issue, idk what either one of them do. Are there any other solutions?

1| Since you have an underlying issue with the source of your power to your PSU, I would advise you pick up a UPS or a voltage stabilizer. Please note, the voltage stabilizer doesn't give you battery backup, the UPS does.
2| The VS series is a dodgy unit and it's pretty much dominant in the Asian subcontinent since it's the most attractively priced unit in Corsair's lineup though you must ask yourself, "why does it cost so less when comparing to other units in their range?" Answer, lower quality and a lot of features cut off.
3| You may want to dump that unit(if you're outside your warranty period) and pick up a reliable unit. A unit that is closer to Tier 1 in this thread is the best route to take. You may also want...

4| Mind sharing your budget and a site off which you'd like to purchase from?
5| A follow up task would be to get a proper electrician and get the wiring in your house looked at. If you have a good electrical source (from the power plant) but bad concealed wiring in your house, then it's as good as bad power from the source.

Hey lutfij thank you so much for your reply and yeah i did got tempted with the price range without concerning why and my pc is pretty low-key in power consumption
I've got a Intel pentium g3258 on a h81 matx motherboard, Asus gtx 950 and 1 opitcal HDD and 3 90mm case fans i purchased this of flipkart.com and not sure where i'll purchase from next
