Solution

That would not do anything to being able to run the second video card, only in the max speed it can run on. But it may be a clue that there is an issue somewhere if that used to show x16 and is now at x8. I'm not sure what else you can try on this aside from contacting Samsung and checking with their support.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Janne_1 : "amd dual graphics problem hd 6620g 6600m not working together"

cant get my other graphic card working at all. I have samsung notebook model NP305V5A-T02SE with AMD radeon 6620M + 6630M and icant get 6630M to work.

First issue is the overheating, that can damage the video card and CPU/motherboard. Fix that, clean out the case, make sure fans/vents are clean, remove heatsink, apply new thermal paste, put everything together again. Install BIOS, chipset and video drivers from the laptop vendor support site, see how things work after that. Did you contact Samsung for support already?

have done this allready about 5 times also changed thermalpaste. have the newest bios also installed about every driver i can find and uninstalled windows i dont know what more i can do. samsung just tells me all the drivers they have are on their homepage thats about the help that i got. How do i add pictures here? that might clear things out.

You could have a bad video card then. If it's still overheating on a clean heatsink, you may need a new heatsink and fan assembly. Or the issue is a dead video card.

That shows that the card is at least seen in the system properly. Has it ever worked in dual graphics mode with the A8 video? With a new Windows setup and the drivers from Samsung it should work again as it used to. Do you have a system restore partition you used?

the problem seems to be that the video card supports bandwidht x16 but it is only runnig x8 and i dont know how to change it or find a new bios for the video card or something
