I have put together this nice gaming pc after the pascal cards were released, and I'd like some feedback about it if you don't mind. Just tell me if you disagree with some of my component choices and maybe suggest replacements. Thanks in advance.

CPU Intel Core i7-6700 Skylake 3.4GHz
GPU Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming
RAM HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz
HDD Western Digital Caviar Blue
SSD Crucial BX200 240GB
MOTHERBOARD Asus Z170-A ATX
CASE Deepcool Tesseract BF
PSU Thermaltake TR2 700W Gold 80+
MONITOR Asus VS247HR 23.6" 1920x1080 2ms
KEYBOARD/MOUSE Cooler Master Devastator II Keyboard and Mouse Set
MOUSEPAD Razer Goliathus Control Extended XXL
COOLER Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

PS. Will this system be good for gaming at 1080p 60fps? How will it do when recording and video editing?

1. Ok that's great! That means you could save a lot of money on the motherboard. You could get a good H170 motherboard for $80. No need for that CM 212 cooler either. Saved more money there.

2. No the CX600 is a terrible choice. Did you see the 4 psus I linked above?

Yes I saw the 4 psus you linked but I am a little bit concerned because I have never seen them before. Though I will try a SeaSonic one as you suggested.

And about the motherboard, well, I've heard that the Z170-A is a very reliable board with 2-way SLI config for future upgrades, and it has all those goodies such as 8.1 Surround Sound, M.2 Slot etc. Initially I was coming from a H170 board (Gigabyte H170-HD3), then decided to spend some more and moved to an asrock board (Asrock Z170 Extreme4) and finally I chose this Asus Z170-A motherboard. And why no need for the Hyper 212 evo cooler? The cpu would get very hot with the stock air cooler.
