For gaming an i3 should be the minimum. The 2 cores and only 2 threads will be a problem in modern games, apart from that its good

BO3 isn't hugely cpu intensive, something BF4, GTA V or the latest Witcher won't do so well.

Better 1151 CPU options:
Number after the clock speed is the benchmark cpu mark and higher is better so you still have better Pentium options for a few dollars more, or i3's for more than double the price but way better performance. I'd strike the G4400... it's good for the price but you could at least do better for just $11.00 more.
