Hello, Would like your advise on the below open box HP Z440 workstation with warranty till April 2019.

Approximate Purchase Date: This week

Budget Range: Ideally under 1000$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Rhino+Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Illustrator/PS, Revit, arcGIS and other common software

Country: USA

Specs are as follows:
Xeon e5-1620 v3 3.5GHZ
32GB DDR4 Ram
256gb SSD
Nvidia Quadro K2200 4gb
700w PSU
Keyboard+Mouse

I am getting this for about 850$ shipped. Would this be more than sufficient for my needs?
Would this be money well spent? Or am I better off paying 400$ more to get a Skylake core i7 and gtx graphics? (Budget is tight, but I can possibly squeeze in a couple of 100$ more).
If I were to get a 4.0GHZ core i7, would I see drastic improvements? Or would I hardly notice this?
Thank you so much.

Solution
It's a good deal if it is just an open box and not used at the k2200 alone is $400. The cpu is equivalent to a haswell i7 and that's nearly $300 new. The performance difference isn't worthwhile with the extra cost of skylake. The quadro should also handle those software better than gtx.
