how to turn off gpu

hello

I have my monitor to turn off for 5 minute after not using the pc.
i wanted to know if there is any app or program or any option in the windows itself to do the same with gpu ??? so when my monitor is turning off my gpu turns off too.

Not really no, the graphics card down clocks into such a lower power state there is no reason to anyway.
If you put the computer to sleep it disables it.

no power is not my concern
actualy my concern is gpu temperature, when i play game for a while the gpu temperature rise up to 60 or 70 and when the pc is in a hot environment even with the room cooler on the temperature doesn't drop down.

so how can i change the down clock of the gpu so when its temperature is high it can get down bit faster???

Turning off the monitor has no effect on the gpu since it still outputs to a monitor that is off. You don't change the idle speed but you can double check to make sure it's doing what it's supposed to do. I think what you'd want to do is set a custom fan curve. Although 60-70 is not high for a gpu, that's normal.
