Hello Everyone,
I was trying to find a solution for a problem that I'm having with a new computer I built but so far I wasn't lucky at all.
My computer is working fine, I did stress tests on it for over 30 minutes with furmark and cpu burner and it never got to 70C degrees on any component.
Everything works perfectly before or after the singnal is lost.
Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 hours to happen, then it might happen 5 times in a row and not happen again for a very long time.
The monitor was tested with the same cable in a laptop and it worked flawlessly.
The connection is made using a HDMI cable.
The computer specs:
CPU: i5 6500 using a CM Hyper TX3 cooler
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 kingston hyperx fury 2133mhz
PSU: Corsair CXM 550W
120gb SSD Sandisk
1TB WD 7200 RPM HD
Sadly I don't have any other means to test this set-up other than using the mentioned items
