What block be good for a 780 ti 250 watt tdp card

What pump specs do I want when adding a koolance block to 780 ti ? What be good for a 250 watt Loop ? I can decide On my own pump which pump specs are good for cooling 250 watt tdp?

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you.
I wouldn't recomment doing anything to the 780ti for many reasons. First, it doesn't overboost that well. Second, it only has 3gb of ram, many modern titles will need more than that. Lastly, the Pascal gpus are extremely compelling. A 1070 will beat our 780ti handily. Think what a 1080ti would do?

Is it because 780 ti dont oc well . When I oc I did not see a real gain until I left mine at default and it throttles better to me than when I add clocks or volts seems like .When I add lots of air and cool it I added another fan right at the fan to draw air in as much as possible to bring temps down and I adding another to rear where there is a small opening but I never did anything to my card its stock and it runs games over 100 fps . I checked a guy on youtube his temps were in 70's with a water block and Im air getting beter .
