can i run ac syndicate i know my specs dont match but it was the same case with ac unity but i still play ac unity on like 45

my specs are
6.23 usable ram out of 8
amd a8 7410apu 2;20 quadcore
amd r5graphics 512mb with m330 2gb dedicated
anything more needed i will post itthnks in advance

You can run on low but you would need to lower the resolution to some extent to run it at playable frames per second.

first of all thnks and seconly could u help me more about the framerate that i shall expect on 1780*720 withe graphic settings like character details set on low thnks again
