Hi everyone, I have an issue with this graphic card in my pc, my display is sony playstation monitor 3D.
Cpu: intel i73770
motherboard: asus p8z77-v deluxe
GPU: Gainward gtx 680 2GB

When I'm in uefi bios, or in ubuntu boot grub for example I have black border on screen, I want to ask if there is any way to edit for example vbios of my cpu to get rid of these black border.

you can try updating BIOS of the Z77 board, but I doubt this will change the resolution

check the monitor, if it can stretch the screen to fully display the UEFI without borders

officially there is no VBIOS update of your graphics card available

nope, it´s the UEFI on the motherboard which are displaying the resolution

I have tried both with hdmi and dvi but none of two works, I have also tried your method just only for the ubuntu grub also if I'm intersted in bios with no border not only that but I can't success to get it work

extract this file to an usb flash drive and restart the pc

enter BIOS and chhose ezflash, update by choosing your usb drive and BIOS file

yes this is the 2104 bios I have already updated it, and I have done also cmos clear reset

Then you will have to live with it. Your TV is most likely the cause of it. Change the format of your TV to auto
