Hello im deciding between these 2 MOBOs for my new PC build and i was wondering which of these do u recommend ?

My build will be:
FX 8350 ( I dont plan on OC im just using it until Zen arrives ) ,
ASUS STRIX RX 480 8GB
16GB 1866 MHz Kingston Hyper X RAM
1TB of HDD and 240GB of SSD
Thermaltake Smart SE 630W PSU

the Asus would be better.
though for the same price you could get a much more capable i5 based system - don't be a fanboy.
Also, there are better quality PSUs in the same price range.

Im getting the FX 8350 for some personal reasons and im not an AMD fanboy by any means as for the PSU in the store i that i plan to buy there is the ZALMAN ZM700-LX 700W which i think is a bit better but i have never heard of the brand before ( what do u think about it ? )

it is hard to find any reliable info on those PSUs.
some of them might be decent enough. though in 50-60 euro range there are few good (proven) units like those:

those are german prices as i'm not familiar with serbian online stores (that's why i asked to link a store or two :)), but pricing shouldn't be very different.
