does pc lcd or led monitors performance in any way degrades over time..if yes, how ?

LCD monitors can degrade over time. Look up screen burn in and LCD image persistence for more information.
LED monitors typically refer to the way they're backlit, so it's still an LCD display, just backlit with LED's.
OLED displays are a new technology that I know nothing about, but I'm sure someone out there can tell you. Or just google it.
