So I bought meself a i5 6600k, the 6600k has a max TDP of 91w now I bought the Scythe Kozuti low profile cooler. This cooler puts out a TDP of 95w at max rmp. Am I still save even tough the wattage clearance is only 4w?

Solution
It'll probably be alright. The 6600K doesn't typically draw 91w, that's more of a maximum under specific uses (e.g. AVX2 instructions). If you have an Intel stock cooler laying around it would probably be better though. I believe it cools better than the Kotuzi.

Solution
The Intel stock cooler with the copper core would be ideal, but I bet even the all-aluminum one would work, and probably cool marginally better than the Scythe. In cooling, size is the name of the game, and all of the Intel coolers are larger than your low profile heatsink.

Okay so I ran a few cpu stress test, for a 100% load for 5 minutes the temperature came at 71 dregrees celcius max (this was after 3 times) but since in gaming the cpu rarely hits 100% usage I should be fine right? Also what is a save temperature before the cpu overheats?
