Upgrading my AMD Athlon II X4 3.0 GHz

I have a Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 (Socket M3+) motherboard with AMD Athlon II X4 3.0 GHz processor over clocked to 3.3 GHz. I want to upgrade this computer but I have very little money right now. I was planning on just upgrading my processor and ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 Gig graphics card. Is there a processor that will go with this motherboard that would be a decent upgrade and maybe be over clocked? thanks

A major upgrade.
You can tell the rev of your board by looking at it. In the lower left hand corner near the expansion slots it will say the rev.

Ya Speccy was wrong it's socket M3+ not sure what rev though Speccy is saying chipset rev 02. Suppose to take FX / Phenom II / Athlon II / Sempron 100 Series processors just not sure how much upgrade an FX would give me.
