Sound direction flipped on all outputs

I have been dealing with this issue for a while now and haven't really cared to research all that much in the matter. The issue I am having is simply that all my audio that should be coming from the right side of my output is coming from the left side instead. If playing a game and someone shoots from the right of me, I will look left since that is where the audio. This happens on my headset and studio monitors as well as in gaming or video.

Since it is happening to both headset and speakers, I could only guess the problem is software related. Do you have realtek HD audio. If so I would check all of the settings in that software. Sorry couldn't have been more helpful.

They are audioengine a5+ studio monitors connected through 3.5 mm straight to the MoBo in the back of the PC and the Headphones are Logitech G633 Plugged into USB 3.0.
