Weird Issue On PC Boot

Hi,

This happened twice now. I booted my PC this afternoon and saw the normal Windows loading screen, then the screens went blank (like it usually does right before the login screen appears) but the login screen doesn't display.

After about 30 seconds, I see what looks like the GPU bios again and then the windows loading screen and then it actually works. Looking in event history, I think it might be cause by "Origin Web Helper service" but I saw earlier it was to do with the Windows "DAM" service for Windows 8.1 systems, which would be strange because it's a desktop and doesn't need lots of power management...

Anyone experiencing the same issue or found a fix for it?

Thanks
- Sam

But I haven't ever had this issue before today?

I reinstalled windows and it did it again and reinstalled again and it luckily hasn't happened yet...
