XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 Loose outer casing

I Have an XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770, however when I removed this Graphics card from my computer the top section in red (which says ATI Radeon) https://postimg.org/image/ifzclpv1n/ seems to be coming away from the bottom section of the graphic cards casing and seems to be very loose, so I have attached some double sided tape to temporarily hold these two sections together.

Also I have checked all the screws and they seem to be tightened.

any idea how this can be fixed as my graphics card is very loose.

I'm not sure how it was originally attached, as I had never opened up the card before, when I looked at the card I couldn't see any broken tabs, clips or any glue that would have held it in place.

I don't think it would have been glued together as these two sections are supposed to come apart when disassembling the card and then go back together when re assembling the card.
