Unstable ping after upgrading to a ASUS z170-a motherboard

in game ping and discord. I also typed "ping google.com -t" in command prompt and every 4th line spikes from 4ms to 200ms+. its working fine atm so this is how it looks now.

10min ago it wasnt even spikes just constant 300ms

I dont have turbo lan installed

Can it be the cable being bad or something? its the same one i used before

When you ping stuff outside your house it could issue with anything in or outside your house. You need to ping the router. Does little good to try to make changes to your PC when it might be a issue with your connection to your house or someplace in the ISP network.

how would i do that? It just feels weird that it started as soon as i got my pc back with a new motherboard and that its never been like this before during my 2000+ hours on cs. And whenever i play with friends im the only one getting a high ping.
