APC RS1100 turns off on AC

i am recently facing a problem with my ups. happened twice since yesterday while gaming(cs go) ups got off with continuos beep while on AC, there was no powercut it just completely went off and it doesnt turn on when plugged into ac but it turns on in battery mode without AC

Is this overload or something faulty inside ups

Ps: ups turned on the next day on AC but same thing happened today it went off and doesnt turnon on Ac

My specs and components connected to ups :

Cpu: I7 4790k 4ghz
Mobo:maximus 7 hero
Gfx: 660ti dc2t 2gb
Cooler: h100i
Ram: 2×4gb transcend
Psu: corsair rm850x(recently replaced with corsair vs650)
Hard disk: 500gb and 3tb

Some leds in the case

Monitor : benq xl2411z
Router: belkin n300

On some of the newer PSUs its APFC (i.e. Active Power Factor Correction) circuit will not work properly with non-sine waveform input power due to the circuit design of the APFC circuit. In some cases the UPS will refuse to switch over to battery backup mode or the UPS will report an overload condition during a power interruption event.

These PSUs require a more expensive UPS that outputs a pure sine wave to the PSU to be able to function properly.

Thanks for explaining everything helped and learnt something new, never knewed this case or else i would have bought pure sinewave ups in the first place, can you give me some options to buy pure sinewave ups for my setup 10 min backup is sufficient for me :)

Today i tested my ups while playing game i switched off wall power to ups it went into battery backup mode worked normal, and even the ups worked fine when whole powercut happened. But psu makes low buzzing sound when ups is in battery mode.

ups only switchoffs randomly when on wall AC may be due to voltage fluctuations coming from wall where ups is plugged in, cause my house electricity faces overload sometimes

update: happened again today :( weird thing is all 3 times it shutdowned in past 3 days, all occured at same time 12 am night the pc was on for whole day plugged into ups
